How many porta potties do you need for a wedding?
A common starting point for events under four hours is one unit per 50 guests. For longer receptions, or when alcohol is served, plan closer to one per 30 to 35 guests so lines stay short.
Add at least one ADA-accessible unit for larger gatherings, and place a hand wash station near the units. Guests notice both.
If the guest list is above 150, consider a luxury restroom trailer. It costs more, but the climate control and running water make a real difference at a formal event.
Tell dispatch your guest count, start and end times, and whether the ground is level. We will recommend a count and a placement spot.
